Hello 5th Grade Families!

We will be hosting our Open Houses on Wednesday, August 19th. Please plan on attending one of the following sessions. Both sessions will be identical.

● Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 1-3 PM – Opening remarks at 1:15 in auditorium
● Wednesday, August 19, 2025 from 5-7 PM – Opening remarks at 5:15 in auditorium.

I will begin each Open House with welcoming remarks and a summer update that will take place in the auditorium. If you are unable to attend one of the Open Houses, I will be recording and sharing the update later in the week.

During the Open House, you will be able to walk throughout Chatham Middle School and travel to each of your child’s scheduled classrooms. CMS student PRO-Leaders will be available to answer questions and provide directions throughout the building. Prior to the Open House, we advise all families to print out or take a screenshot of their child’s schedule from Genesis Parent Portal. The portal will reopen on August 3rd, and families must read and electronically sign off on our District Technology Handbook, as well as, our Chatham Middle School Student Handbook before accessing the portal.
